Stable oil-in-water adjuvant system gives practically no side effects and excellent long-term protection.
Uniquely designed recombinant antigen promotes high levels of T-cell mediated immunity.
This product is administered to salmonids by injection vaccination.
Easy to inject at low temperatures.
Entire contents of 500 ml bottle can be delivered; no wasted vaccine.
Recommended Use
Atlantic & Coho salmon and trout.
Inject pre-smolts prior to saltwater transfer.
Administration
Injection volume 0.1 ml, intraperitoneally.
Recommended needle size, 22 - 25 gauge.
500 ml will vaccinate 5,000 fish.
Minimum fish size, 10 grams.
Considerations
Vaccinate only healthy fish.
Store at 2 - 8 ºC (35 - 46 ºF).
Shake well before use.
Connections to the bottle should be made aseptically.
Use entire contents when first opened.
Do not store partially used vaccine bottles.
Vaccination should precede potential exposure to pathogens by at least 450-degree days.*
Do not vaccinate within 21 days of slaughter.
Anaesthetize fish prior to injection vaccination.
Accidental injection in humans may cause a severe allergic response; medical attention should be sought immediately.
