Our fermentation technologies are focused on developing new production processes that optimize product yields. We have extensive experience in growing a variety of bacterial cultures for the production of vaccine antigens.
Additionally, we have a successful track record of developing media formulations to support the growth of important fish pathogens that have been otherwise deemed non-culturable or difficult to grow.
Our research facility is suited to provide process development services for bacterial and recombinant fermentations at 10 L volume.
Our level II biosecure Autogenous Manufacturing Facility with 15L and 20L fermentors is equipped for downstream processing of the fermentation products and formulation of up 200L batches of autogenous and experimental vaccines.
